In my private practice in Gilbert, Arizona, I work with individuals and couples. With 13 years of experience as an individual and marriage therapist, and as a graduate of Arizona State University receiving my Master of Counseling, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are grief and loss, anxiety and depression, trauma recovery, life transition and marriage work.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. I work with both cognitive behavioral and emotionally focused therapies. My approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I work to integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I assist each client with building on their strengths and attaining the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
